How much do you charge?

Property photography starts from £120 for a studio apartment and £150 for 2-6 bed properties.

A mileage fee of .45 pence per mile applies to properties outside this area.  You can view pricing for all services on the website.

Where are you based?

Essex Property Photography is based in Braintree, Essex, and we cover the local and surrounding areas including London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Suffolk.

How long will the photography session take?

The duration of the photography session depends on the size of your property, but it typically takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

When will I get my photos after the session?

Accepted Answer

Book your session before 11am, and I'll deliver your images within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day! You'll receive an email with a link to download your photos via WeTransfer.

Question 6

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

Photography: No need to worry about cloudy or grey days! I always edit blue skies into your photos to ensure they look stunning. All images are professionally edited to the highest standard, and I guarantee you'll be thrilled with the results. Drone: If it's raining or windy, I won't be able to fly the drone and we'll need to reschedule. Safety first!

What format will my photos be in?

Your images will be sent in JPG format, perfectly sized and with the ideal resolution for Rightmove.

I already have a photographer, why do I need you?

Accepted Answer

Many Estate Agents have more than one professional property photographer on board to ensure they are always covered during busy periods, illness or holiday.  I'm more than happy to work with you as your main photographer, or as a reserve photographer.

I have pride in what I do and believe this shines through in the quality I provide, I aim to please and believe you will not disappointed in the quality I can provide.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 60% discount on any additional service when you book photography and floorplan together. This is a great way to save while getting comprehensive marketing visuals for your property.
