            to prepare your
property for photos

TOP TIPS

First impressions count so I'll always recommend to clean and tidy before I arrive as it makes a difference. Im not suggesting a deep clean unless you really want to but a once-over would be good. It's normal for me to move a few things around to get the best shot but if you can prepare the property beforehand it does make things easier and you'll receive better images for it. Here are few tips you can do before I arrive...

Outside

  • Move any vehicles from driveway

  • Remove bins and hoses

  • Mow the lawn

  • Weeding and removal of leaves

  • Clean the windows

  • Turn on any outdoor lighting

  • Put out garden furniture
